The console could not start
This is a configuration or deployment problem, not something a different sign-in will fix.
Not an operator account
You are signed in, but this account is not a member of the operator organization, so the console has nothing to show you.
Ask someone already inside to add you — access is membership in that one Clerk organization, nothing else.
Archetypes
Pack sections are what an agent actually reads. An archetype with none is configured but empty.
Question sets
What a business of this kind is asked. A published version is frozen: tenants' answers cite it. Change a draft and publish it as the next version; a business is asked only what is new or changed.
Decisions
A run takes about seven minutes and calls the model roughly ten times. It is recorded before it starts, so closing this tab loses the progress display and not the run.
Connections
The connector accounts feeding this business, and whether the last sync landed. A connection that needs reauthorization stays that way until its owner signs in to the provider again; an error is retried by the ingestion queue on its own.
Documents
What the business has uploaded and whether its figures reached the graph. A document is flagged stale when the newest copy of its type is past the cadence the pack expects; a failed extraction is re-run by an operator after fixing the cause.
Recent runs
Recent activity
The business's audit log: who read or wrote its data, as what, and when. One line per request or job, newest first. A run's reads and writes carry its run id; a worker's writes carry the warehouse load and the queue message that produced them.
Test businesses
For onboarding runs on dev and staging. Restart setup clears what setup collected (answers, locations, tools, the watch list, notification choices) and keeps the account and organization. Tear down disconnects Square and QuickBooks, retires the business, then deletes its Clerk organization and the users who belong to it alone, so the next run starts at sign-up. Each asks you to type the business's name. Spencer's Coffee Shop is never offered.
